Biogas Plant

The quantity of Cowdung at Villages in India is found the peoples are using for making direct “Manure” and “Upla”. The quantity of kitchen waste also dumped an allocated ‘Garbage Area’ where the municipality vehicle comes & transport the waste to landfill site on daily basis. For the type of waste (Segregated only), we are proposing Pre-fabricated Biogas Plant with which the waste which is presently getting dumped at landfill site could be utilized properly as it is considered to be a huge energy source. Otherwise at the landfill site this waste undergoes improper decomposition in the ambient conditions that results into a huge quantity of methane which is 21 times more potent green house gas in terms of CO2 equivalent. This is assumed to be the second most reason for prevailing Global warming.

Cecon has developed Bio-gas plants which can be extremely useful for disposing food, kitchen/ organic waste, Hostel waste etc and give a byproduct of Bio Gas and liquid manure which can be used as a perfect solution to waste management & concept of waste to energy.

How it work
The raw material will be shredded and shall enter a mixing tank / Feed Preparation Pit, which will be filled with the same quantity of digestate or water beforehand. The Mixture of digestate shall be pumped in the digester. Biogas generated from digester shall be utilized directly by the facility as desired either for cooking or for power generation and the residue shall be Liquid Bio manure. This manure can be used in Lawns, plants organic farming etc.
